How Certifika Documents Works
Institutions can create a Certifika account to access their Documents workspace, organize files, and generate verifiable proof.
Organize
Each institution or organization has its own Documents workspace accessible through console.certifika.org/my-documents .
Upload
The organization uploads the digital file for which it wants to create a proof.
Create Proof
Certifika uses information associated with the uploaded file to create a digital proof and record the corresponding blockchain proof. The proof establishes a reference for the original file.
Share
The organization can distribute the original file through its existing channels. Certifika does not require organizations to change how they normally provide documents to recipients.
Verify
A recipient or third party can verify their copy through Certifika Verify at explorer.certifika.org/documents/verify .
